We took in Fluffernut and his brother Catatouille, last year. My sister was taking care of a stray that ended up being preggers and after hours of begging my husband, he "let" me take two of the five kittens. I named them before they were born, but their names fit their personalities to a T =)
Fluffernut is not a typical lap kitty...he likes to wait until you're sleeping to come give love (hence, he is our secret lover cat). He loves drinking out of our cups (ice water and ice tea are his favorites). We like to call him Fu-fuffer-fuff, Fluffer Nutter Bar, and since he was neutered my dad calls him Fluffer Nut-less =( He and his brother were a much needed addition to our family after our daughter was stillborn in November 2006 and we miscarried in December 2007. I thank God every day for blessing me with my kitters =)
